Advanced Energy Experts, Inc. Welcomes New Executive Vice President
August 1, 2017, Fairfax, VA– Advanced Energy Experts, Inc. (AEE) is pleased to announce that Mr. Robert (Bob) C. Vessey has joined AEE as Executive Vice President. Mr. Vessey has more than 25 years of energy industry and strategy experience. He has held senior positions in energy consulting and large-scale energy project development companies, including Pace Global Energy Services, Siemens and SeaOne Caribbean, LLC. As a leading energy consultant, Mr. Vessey has a broad range of experience across global energy markets. He has led strategic planning and commercial structuring assignments for major energy companies ranging from major international oil and gas companies to energy asset developers, independent power developers, industrial end users, and municipal utilities. Mr. Vessey also brings a strong background in supporting major capital energy projects including liquefied natural gas and natural gas monetization projects. He has experience in Europe, Russia, Africa, the Caribbean, Latin America, and the United States.
Mr. Vessey will be responsible for leading many of AEE’s international projects and will serve as a leading expert on strategic planning, LNG project development, international gas market dynamics, gas supply planning, gas contract negotiation, and deal structuring.

Elaine Wilks, AEE’s Chief Operating Officer and CFO adds “Bob has deep knowledge of natural gas and LNG market dynamics throughout the full value chain and has extensive experience in complex energy contract negotiations, energy asset development, strategic planning, fuel and electricity market assessment, asset valuation, and industrial energy procurement. He has managed large project engagements ranging from multi-billion-dollar LNG project evaluation and implementation to international strategy development to global gas market analysis. These skills will complement AEE’s current initiatives and serve AEE’s clients well.”
Mr. Vessey holds a B.S. in Commerce from the University of Virginia and participated in the Leadership Acceleration Program (LEAP) at the University of Notre Dame.
